This course is created to empower women by building confidence and resilience through mental and physical strength.
Mental Strength
- Understand how to analyse and disarm adverse scenarios.
- Knowing measures to proactively avoid escalating tension and triggers.
- Being able to control enviroments and diffuse situations in a calm manner.
Physical Strength
- Fundamental self-defense through boxing and muay thai techniques.
- Being able to respond to unwarranted contact or physical provocations.
- Fitness and strength to hold guard and protect yourself if required.

Dinesh Kanth, a professional boxing and kickboxing champion with over 25 years of martial arts expertise, is passionate about assisting his pupils in gaining confidence while accomplishing their fitness and health goals.
JADE KERR
Jade has always been active in sports, from martial arts to netball and AFL, and she is passionate about health and fitness.
