Women's Self Defence

Mental Strength

  • Understand how to analyse and disarm adverse scenarios.
  • Knowing measures to proactively avoid escalating tension and triggers.
  • Being able to control enviroments and diffuse situations in a calm manner.

Physical Strength

  • Fundamental self-defense through boxing and muay thai techniques.
  • Being able to respond to unwarranted contact or physical provocations.
  • Fitness and strength to hold guard and protect yourself if required.
