Our classes are great for warriors of all levels. Our primary focus is on getting technique right, so our classes are great for those who have never done it before. We’ll make sure that you’re partnered with someone who is also a beginner.
Not at all! We design our classes for warriors of all levels, focusing primarily on getting technique right, so even if you’ve dabbled in boxing in the past, there are always new things you can learn to perfect your technique.
Yes! You can purchase a casual pass for a one off lesson and see how you go!
Absolutely! Just get your friend to book the same class as you.
If you’ve been out of it for a little while, and want to get back into the swing of things, we highly recommend our boxing class as a starting point (as our kickboxing and Muay Thai classes might be a bit too strenuous). Just let your trainer know at the start of your lesson so that we can make sure that you are partnered with someone who can match your pace.

Please speak to your GP before engaging in any physical activity.
Yes! We understand that unavoidable things come up, and people heal at different rates, so we’ve made all passes valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This allows you to go at your own pace and not to over – exert yourself. We’re flexible, just like you.

Having said that – we love seeing you and your technique will only improve with regular class attendance and practice.

All our packages and pass types allow you to participate in any of our classes at either of our two locations.
All classes are equipped with the necessary gear to train you at optimum level; there is no need to bring any extra equipment.
We highly recommend comfortable gym gear that won’t restrict any movement. Comfortable closed-toe footwear such as sneakers works well in our training sessions, as they are flexible and lightweight. Be sure to bring a towel to dry off and a bottle of water!
Absolutely! If you'd like to attend a class at our other location during your training week, feel free to do so! Just make sure to book with us online so we know you’re coming.
Simply log into your mind body account through out website and cancel any classes you have booked. Alternatively, give us a call on “XXXXXXXXXX” at least 24 hours before the day of your class so that we can give your spot to someone else.

For PT sessions, please give at least 2 days notice to cancel or reschedule your booking; any sessions cancelled with less than 2 days notice forfeit any fees paid.
